Summary of the Job:

We’re searching for a Call Center professional to act as a bridge between our client (Etisalat) and its current and prospective clients. The ideal applicant will be able to take responsibility for efficiently resolving customer issues, complaints, and questions, with customer satisfaction at the forefront of all decisions and actions.

Job responsibilities:

  • To be adaptable at all times.
  • Timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Report to the Call Center Respective Team Leader directly.
  • Any additional tasks or assignments assigned by the call centre supervisor.
  • Responsible for achieving the Call Center Target in terms of number and quality.
  • Answering customers’ questions and resolving problems through the internet utilising Call Center offered facilities, information, and personal expertise and training.
  • Assigning complaints with required data that cannot be resolved as a first call resolution to the appropriate department in accordance with the established procedure with the concerned departments (KPI).
  • Using current software (Call Reasons & TTS) to save the type of complaints and inquiries for future reference, communication, and reporting.
  • Respond to any incoming calls to the Call Center 888 assistance line in accordance with normal Call Center Scripts.
  • Being punctual and completing all tasks assigned to Call Center Agents by the Call Center Team supervisor and the WFM.
  • Maintain adherence, cleanliness, tidiness, discipline, and a professional demeanour when dealing with internal and external consumers.

Job requirements and qualification:

  • Graduates of high school or university.
  • Should be able to communicate well in English, Dari, and Pashto.
  • Computer and MS Office abilities are required.
