Job description:

Yellow point agents will be in charge of MTN sales and will always have a cheerful, empathic, and professional approach to consumers.

Job responsibilities:

  • To respond to consumer inquiries as soon as possible.
  • Recognize and respond to client issues.
  • To react to consumers about GSM and MoMo, have a thorough understanding of MTNA P&S.
  • Customers’ SIM Swap requests are processed and followed up on by the support staff.
  • Process SIM registration, contract changes, owner changes, PIN Code, and PUK Code request according to the procedure, and keep track of them till they’re completed.
  • Customer contacts, purchases, comments, and complaints should all be documented.
  • As needed, interact and coordinate with the field crew and support staff.
  • To offer comments on the customer service procedure’ efficiency.
  • Any market competitive activity, such as new offerings and marketing efforts, should be reported.
  • To provide competent customer service and ensure client happiness.
  • Obtaining new GSM and MoMo clients and informing them on all products and services.
  • Fill out the essential documentation for GSM and MoMo new acquisitions in the way specified by the regulator for successful registration.
  • To provide clients with services, including but not limited to those listed below.
    • GSM New Acquisition.
    • Bundle Selling o Bundle Subscription.
    •  MoMo New Acquisition.
    • MoMo Transaction and Self-Service Training.
    • Providing information about packages and special deals.
    • Device sales.
    • SIM swap requests.
    • Owner and contract changes.
    • Damage voucher requests.
    • Customer complaints regarding discounts and packages.
    • Customer complaints about network difficulties.
    • Re-registration of customers.
    • All operations and transactions should be documented properly.
    • Handle client complaints and offer acceptable answers and alternatives within the timeframes set; follow up to confirm that the issue has been resolved.
    • Comply with all communication protocols, rules, and standards.
    • Go above and beyond to keep consumers interested.
    • Produce sales leads.
    • To achieve customer satisfaction, identify and appraise consumers’ demands.
    • Create long-term consumer connections and trust by communicating openly and interactively.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Graduated from high school with general education or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferable).
  • 1-2 years of direct customer service experience is required.
  • Dari, Pashto, and English must all be spoken fluently.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package products is required (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
  • Good marketing skills are required.
  • Presentations for sales.
  • Collaboration.
  • A professional and courteous approach, as well as a problem-solving ability, complement good communication abilities.
  • creative thinking and the capacity to operate under time constraints and in a high-stress program setting
