The Malaysian Government’s Malaysia International Scholarship (MIS) program aims to encourage exceptional minds from all over the world to pursue postgraduate studies in Malaysia. This scholarship aligns with Malaysia’s goal of becoming a global center of academic excellence by attracting, inspiring, and maintaining brilliant foreign human resources.
International graduates with exceptional academic and co-curricular backgrounds are encouraged to apply for this scholarship, which will allow them to continue their studies at leading Malaysian universities and higher education institutions while also enjoying Malaysian hospitality and a world-class higher education experience.

Scholarship Qualifications:
- Candidates for master’s degrees should have a bachelor’s degree, and Ph.D. applicants should have a master’s degree with a grade percentage of at least 70%.
- No more than 40 years old for a Master’s degree and 45 years old for a Ph.D. degree.
