About Stanford Scholarship:

Each year, a diverse group of Knight-Hennessy Scholars will welcome up to 90 high-achieving students who are independent thinkers, demonstrate intentional leadership, and have a civic mentality.

The Knight Hennessy Scholarship is a fully-funded international student scholarship for full master’s degrees, Ph.D. degrees, MBA degrees, and other advanced degrees. The Knight Hennessy Scholarship is offered in all fields and majors. They choose 100 students worldwide each year to get complete support to study for any graduate degree.

Scholarship requirement

If you are applying for a Knight Hennessy Scholarship, you must comply with the following requirements:

  • All residents are welcome to attend. Citizens of all nations are invited to apply for Knight-Hennessy Scholars.
  • You must hold a bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • If your bachelor’s or master’s degree was earned before 2014, you are ineligible.
  • If you’re still in college and working on your first or bachelor’s degree, you’re still able to apply as long as you finish it before enrolling as a graduate student at Stanford.
  • If you hold a graduate degree, you are still able to apply in 2020 if your first/degree bachelor’s was acquired in 2014 or later.
  • You do not require the results of an English proficiency exam if you obtained or plan to receive a degree from an institution where English is the official and exclusive language of teaching.
