Job summary:
Create a complete teaching and course plan.
Arrange and prepare instructional materials, activities, and coursework for use in the classroom.
Teach additional hands-on skills.
Keep track of who is in class, as well as the results of their examinations, quizzes, and homework assignments.
Ensure that CARE rules, codes of conduct, and official behaviors are strictly followed when working with CARE.
Main Responsibility:
The Computer Instructor is in charge of providing a learning environment for CARE employees and teaching new skills, techniques, and instructional materials, as well as practical materials. During his or her employment, he or she is expected to focus on achieving the following important outcomes:
Duties and responsibilities:
4.1 Complete Teaching Plan:
- Create a comprehensive strategy for teaching the whole course.
- Share the plan with your HR supervisor and keep her up to date on its execution and progress.
- Make a workable schedule for class activities.
- Schedule the examinations and quizzes according to the schedule.
- Any changes to the plan or the preparation of any actions that need materials should be communicated to the HR supervisor in advance.
4.2 Prepare instructional materials by organizing and preparing them.
- Prepare the instructional materials that will be used in class ahead of time.
- During the instruction, use the most practical and useable contents and materials that allow the workers to master computer skills quickly and effortlessly.
- Organize some hands-on activities and sessions in the classroom to increase staff interest in the themes.
4.3 Show more practical work:
- Motivate and encourage pupils to do self-study and practical work.
- Demonstrate cutting-edge teaching and student engagement techniques.
- Provide staff with honest feedback on their learnings and active involvement.
4.4 Keep accurate attendance and progress records:
- Keep track of who is in attendance at the class.
- Report any staff members who are absent from class or who are consistently late to class to the HR Supervisor.
- Prepare and send to the HR supervisor a detailed report on employee attendance and course completion.
- Keep track of your pupils’ progress and achievements.
4.5 Adhere to and respect CARE rules and Codes of Conduct:
- This is the primary duty for ensuring that CARE policies and Codes of Conduct are followed and respected throughout work with CARE.
- Do not engage in or perform any act that is in violation of CARE policies.
- Consider the confidentially of your employees and the location of your business.
- Any slightest infraction might result in instant termination of employment with CARE.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while working with CARE.

4 Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a prestigious university or an IT certificate from a reputable institution.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching computers in a school setting.
- Languages: Fluency in English (spoken and written), Pashtu, and Dari is required.
