About Afghanaid:
Afghanaid is a British-registered international non-governmental organization that has been working in Afghanistan for more than 30 years. We support community-driven procedures that address people’s rights and basic needs in some of Afghanistan’s most remote locations, such as delivering basic services, assisting rural livelihood development, and reacting to humanitarian situations. We have 20 provincial and district offices in Badakhshan (north-eastern area), Samangan (northern region), and Ghor (western region), as well as a Marketing and Fundraising office in London. We have about 160 people working for us, with 97 percent of them being Afghans.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Scan and upload personal documentation for employees into the HR system.
- Maintain employee personal files and double-check that they have all necessary paperwork.
- Maintain and update needed information for workers.
- Organize the HR department’s files.
- Keeping track of employee attendance on a daily basis.
- Announcements are posted on appropriate websites, and all Afghanaid employees are informed.
- Make an appointment with the candidate for a written exam and an interview.
- Download the applications and send them to the appropriate HR personnel for long-listing.
- If necessary, assist the HR staff in examining the references of the shortlisted candidates.
- Medical insurance rejections should be sent to provinces and kept on file.
- Assist Liaison Assistant with papers related to the work permit and Tax Identification Number procedure.
- One day a week, work with the Finance and Administration team.
Internship requirements:
