About HEALTHO Organization:
The Health Efficient, Accessible, Long-Lasting and Treatment at Homeland Organization (HEALTHO) was founded in 2012 and registered with the Ministry of Economy as a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political Afghan national organization.
The mission of HEALTHO is to support the development of Afghan society by offering health and educational services, setting up programs to build capacity and teach vocational skills, ensuring food security, and giving emergency relief after natural or man-made disasters.

Duties and responsibilities:
- to hold discussions on the survey procedure with community elders, CDCs, and other relevant institutions.
- Make that the survey data is accurate, including any measurements and computations made at the survey sites.
- Prepare or oversee the preparation of all survey-related data, charts, plots, maps, records, and papers.
- To learn more about property borders in surveying regions, look up relevant legal documents, survey records, and land titles.

- Verify the beneficiaries’ details, such as the (NIC) Tazkira number, against the original (NIC) Tazkira.
- Visit each recipient in person, if necessary, ask pertinent questions, and enter the results in the Scope application.
- Take beneficiaries’ pictures and fingerprints, as appropriate, and perform biometrics.
- Verify that recipients have the necessary documentation and are presenting it.
- Keep close communication with the project manager for your province.
- Complete any additional responsibilities the project manager may have allocated.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as management, BBA, economics, social science, etc.
- experience of at least four years.
- Excellent facilitating, assistance, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- knowledge of office-related computer programs.
- excellent in Pashto, Dari, and English.
