Job responsibilities:

  • Participates in and completes data collecting processes training, as well as measures and maintains data dependability.
  • Actively participated in the pre-and post-training evaluation process.
  • Data from chosen hospitals is collected in line with established protocols.
  • On a daily basis (on the spot), review all hard copy data obtained for errors or missing information, and return to the facilities for correction/clarification as needed to guarantee the high quality of data collected.
  • Assists in the third-party monitoring of the UN-TPM program in the province.
  • To guarantee successful data collection, coordinate with local health officials.
  • Assists the Field/Technical Manager in designing a security strategy to protect the field staff’s safety and security.
  • On a regular basis, communicates with the Field/Technical Manager to keep them up to date on the status of the fieldwork and any field-related issues.
  • After final review, submits all completed data collecting forms (or scanned versions) to the office.
  • Maintains the security of the forms and instruments, as well as the data’s confidentiality.
  • Maintain data collection material supplies and indicate the need for additional supplies to the Field/Technical Manager as soon as possible.
  • Performs other data gathering tasks as directed by the field manager or office.
  • Show consistency with Particip GmbH’s principles and ethical standards, as well as those of the Ministry of Public Health and the United Nations.
  • Supports Particip GmbH’s vision, objectives, and strategic goals.
  • Shows cultural sensitivity and adaptation in terms of gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, and age.

  • Assessment of Drug Quality Specific obligations for visual inspection
  • To be aware of drug standards and circumstances in order to preserve drug quality.
  • At the health facility, drug storage points are inspected.
  • To comprehend the significance of labels in the evaluation of drug quality.
  • To conduct medication sample methods for Drug Quality Assessment at the pharmacy.
  • Capability to discern between medication brand names and INN names and accurately record them.
  • Familiar with drug forms (syrups, suspensions, IM, IV, capsules, tablets, etc.) verifies and notes the consistency of product shape and color.
  • Ability to recognize and document physical damage (cracks, breaks, erosion, abrasion, and stickiness).
  • Ability to comprehend other people’s observations (no foreign contaminant, dirty marks, proper seal for capsule).
  • To be familiar with the cold chain and medicine temperature.

Documents required:

  • Being a medical professional.
  • At least two years of survey experience is required.
  • Previous experience with HMIS verification, BSC and DQA Drug Quality Assessments, and Covid-19 surveys is a plus.
  • The couples will be given priority.
  • Knowledge of electronic data collecting is advantageous.
  • Willing and able to visit health institutions in their respective provinces and areas, including assessing the route and destination for security and guaranteeing safety and security throughout the data collection time.
  • Dari and Pashto are both written and spoken in excellent condition.
