Duties and job responsibilities:
The trainings at the Future Skills Hub, which is being organized by the Rupani Foundation (RF) and supported by the World Food Program (WFP), are aimed at recent college graduates (male and female) who are keen on learning new things, making use of technology to start their businesses, and diversifying their income sources. Recent graduates might benefit from these workshops by learning how to build a diversified income stream via a portfolio career. The trainings are designed to provide participants with the necessary skills for successful careers in the future.
Notably, this training program is designed to assist those who are at risk of food insecurity, such as those who have been internally displaced (IDPs), refugees, returnees, and host communities dealing with social and economic issues.

- Female-headed households.
