- Have high school certificate with minimum 70% score and applicant must be graduated from high school in the year of 1397-1400.
- This is not full scholarship only university fee is exempt other costs like dormitory, round trip fare, health insurance etc. will be paid by student themselves.
- All the fields and universities are available in attached list so applicant must select their field and university according to their high school percentage.
- All universities in Tajikistan are not located in Dushanbe. Applicants must choose the university and its cities carefully so that you do not face any problems in the future.
- The distance between Dushanbe and Khanjad is more than 300 km and other cities are also away from Dushanbe.
- Students of Tajikistan Technical University named M. Asemi and Tajik State Medical University Abu Ali Ibn Sina must complete the Cyrillic alphabet and Russian language courses before the start of the first year. The costs of the preparatory course are with students themselves and the applicants are have to pay for the preparation period.
- Livelihood assistance will be paid once in 6 months.
- Families of the applicant who wishes to continue their studies in Tajikistan must be able to pay 200$ per month in order to avoid losing scholarship in the future.
- After arriving in Tajikistan, all scholarship students must submit their high school certificate to the relevant department of the Ministry of Education and Science of Tajikistan in steps and equivalence, which costs about US $ 200 and its paid by the applicant.
- Scholarship candidates should not travel to Tajikistan without prior knowledge and coordination of the Embassy of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Dushanbe.
- Once the list of scholarship candidates are available to the embassy, they will be translated and sent to Tajikistan’s Ministry of Education and Science through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs .The Ministry of Education and Science will approve the above-mentioned number after review and coordination and expresses its readiness to accept students.
- The confirmation scholarship candidate list will be sent in a letter to the Department of Cultural Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Once the exact date of travel confirmed by Tajikistan, they can travel to this country.
- The scholarship candidates information in the registered form, passport and other necessary documents must be the same.
- As mentioned above, Tajikistan has awarded scholarships in different citiy’s universities. The fields have been specified by the Ministry of Education and Science of Tajikistan, so scholarship candidates must know in which field, which university and which city They are going to study. Collect enough information in advance about the universities and cities they choose.
- Its not possible to change field and universities once its selected.
- Visa registration at the police station and payment of expenses will be held by the student.
- Once Scholarship applicants received in Tajikistan are required, they need to register their visa with the police station within 72 hours. The visa regisration costs about 50$, which the student must pay.
- Students travel to Tajikistan on a regular basis and renew their visas as soon as possible
- After arriving in Tajikistan and enrolling in universities, students must immediately apply for visa extension. A six-month or one-year visa extension costs about 130$, which the student must pay. Student visas are renewed by the International Relations Branch of the universities. In previous years, some students received a one-month Tajik visa in Kabul, but came to Tajikistan late, leaving only one week left to apply to Tajikistan, as a result of which they were unable to apply for a visa extension. If the visa expires, they are required to pay an exorbitant fine.
Universities usually require students to apply for a visa extension 20 days before it expires. Therefore, students must travel to Tajikistan at least 20 days before their visa expires.

- Universities usually charge about $ 15-20 per month for dormitory rooms, which the student must pay.
