The Coordination of Rehabilitation and Development Services for Afghanistan (CRDSA) is a non-profit, non-sectarian, and non-political humanitarian organization founded in 2002 by a group of Afghan volunteers who wanted to help the country’s most vulnerable citizens. CRDSA helps Afghans in the areas of sustainable livelihoods, civil society strengthening, returnee/IDP reintegration and protection, and human rights promotion. Summary of the Job:

The Scope registrant is in charge of entering the beneficiaries’ profiles into the Scope registration program.

  • Obtain from the beneficiary verification personnel the filled excel sheets containing beneficiaries’ profiles.
  • · Check the data for correctness and utilise single name spellings for similar names/addresses.
  • Enter the details of the recipients into the Scope application.
  • Keep the information secure and private.
  • Before leaving the office/worksite, double-check that all daily data has been entered into the Scope.
  • Ensure that any potential duplication is avoided and notified to the provincial/district supervisor as soon as feasible.
  • Submit the report to the supervisor at the provincial/district level.
  • If necessary, physically visit each beneficiary and ask pertinent questions, recording responses in the Scope application.
  • Obtain biometric information from recipients, including pictures and fingerprints, if necessary.
  • Ensure that the recipients have the necessary documentation and are willing to provide them.
  • Maintain close working relationships with the provincial and district supervisors.
  • Pay attention to the project coordinator’s and/or provincial/district supervisor’s professional guidance.

Job qualification and requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree and/or proof of requisite expertise earned via a similar work experience are required.
  • At least 3 years working experience in same field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing skills
  • Computer skill on MS Office (power point, access, excel, word)
