Summery of the job
The nurse is in responsible for providing excellent and severe nursing care. Check vital signs and keep a record of them, as well as administering drugs, matching drug dosages, and wound care in accordance to the requirements.
- Confirm that a laboratory examination is performed and that the doctor is informed on time.
- Organize and organize events on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Conducting night shift duties in accordance with the hospital’s timetable.
- Could provide status report on the connected sector’s activity.
- Active engagement in the development and implementation of different training programs within the nursing service.
- Observance of all criteria to avoid infection and wearing of medical costume throughout official working hours.
- Mean that the service receives their recommended medications on time, as per the doctor’s orders.
- Arrange and set up a regular schedule for the patients in your care.
- Providing medical care to patients while doing nursing responsibilities in the bed.
- Obtain information on the patient and their treatment in a responsible manner.
- Patients’ vital signs and all other nursing-related treatment records are kept in a register.
- Must be acquainted with all equipment, including the monitor.
- Active involvement in the assessment of the relevant sector’s Quarterly assigned standard.
- Report to the relevant head nurse and the Ward in charge.
- Execution and adherence to the appropriate department’s stringent guidelines.
Qualification and requirement
- Applicants must be graduated from a nursing collage or institute with a good reputation. The Ministry of Higher Education or the Ministry of Public Health must certify the degree or diploma.
- The applicants must be an Afghan national between the ages of 20 and 40.
- Knowledge and grasp of the English language at a fundamental level
- Communication and interpersonal skills are very important.
- At least one year of relevant post-graduation experience.
