Job duties and responsibilities:
- When dealing with vulnerable situations, it is important to do a thorough psychosocial evaluation that takes into account the individual’s strengths, weaknesses, surroundings, emotions, and behaviors.
- If internal referrals for legal aid, psychotherapy, livelihood support, or financial aid are required, then so be it.
- Assist with timely referrals, follow-ups, and information exchange by coordinating with the primary service providers in the intervention area.
- Assure the confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness of case profiling, referral, and weekly reporting forms by managing their completion and archiving.
- Keep an eye on how other partner organizations and service providers are doing with the material aid they’ve given.
- Make yourself ready to provide basic emotional support and emergency aid in circumstances that need it.
- Maintain adherence to data protection protocols.
- Inform the supervisor every day of any new cases that have been evaluated.
- Keep meticulous case files and reports that include all pertinent details, including case history, case plan, follow-up, and actions performed.
- Maintain a consistent pattern of providing a weekly synopsis of case working activities.
- Takes part in training and meetings, both within and outside of the centers, as needed. This includes attending case conferences and meetings devoted to case management.
- Joins in on staff meetings every day.
- Takes part in the Child Protection, GBV, and PwSN internal case management meetings once a week.
- Keep track of money and cases in accordance with RRAA, PSEA, and data protection policies.
- When dealing with case beneficiaries, always keep their information private.
Job requirement:
- Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in a social science or related discipline.
- Possess a minimum of two years of experience in the relevant field.
- Fluency in the native languages, both written and spoken. Please use good English.
- I have prior training or experience in social work.
- Management, social animation, and extension-related training, education, and work experience are required.
