Job summary:
Solve the daily problems of computer programs in accordance with the policy of the Ministry.
Duties and Responsibility:
- Check and activate user programs on the computer in accordance with the policy.
- Ensuring the connection and activation of the Internet on computers.
- Organize and review complaints and information electronically in the OTRS system.
- Preservation of documents during the steps of the relevant section.
- During the steps of the formats that are used to activate the computers.
Management duties:
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual work plan of the relevant directorate in accordance with the general plan of the department, in order to achieve the objectives, set by the department;
- Submitting monthly, quarterly, annual and, if necessary, reports on the activities and achievements of the relevant department, in order to inform the leadership of the department.
- Performing other duties assigned by the competent authorities in accordance with the laws, regulations and objectives of the relevant department.
Coordination tasks:
- Communication and coordination with departments inside the department and outside in order to regulate better activities.
Qualification and requirement:
1. Field of study: Having at least a bachelor’s degree in fields (information technology, computer programs, database development, computer engineering, information technology management, cybersport) from national and international educational institutions inside or outside the country, to higher degrees in the field the above are preferred.
2. Work experience: not required.
3. Necessary skills:
• Fluency in one of the official languages of the country (Pashto or Dari) and familiarity (writing and speaking) in English
• Computer skills in task-related applications
