Job description
Present legal advice to the head of the procurement and the leadership team of the department, reviewing the policies and documents of the procurement process, which are considered and sent to the awarding authority for the signature.
Duties and responsibility
- Reviewing all contracts of the office from the legal points.
- Present professional suggestions and opinions to the head of procurement in the filed of care and supervision of the procurement process of the relevant department.
- Participate in the meeting of the procurement department to provide professional advice on contracts and improve systems.
- Have a full knowledge of the procurement law.
- Representation by the ministry in meeting with foreign institutions on specific issues.
- Arranging the monthly, quarterly and annual work plans to achieve the objectives set the departments.
- Present professional advice and making decision to achieving the goals of the departments.
- transfer of professional skills through in workshop, Seminars and trainings.
- Requirements
- Applicants must have a bachelor degree for a higher degree will be prepared.
- Applicants must have 2 years work experience for third rank and for the 4-rank held 1 years.
- Applicants need 5 years work experience for opposite fields.
- Be Flaunt in Dari, Pashto and having knowledge for English language and computer programing.
- Five score for females according to recruitment procedure and 5 score for the third and fourth position.
