Job description:

Based on the timetable of rotation, the trainers are assigned to different professional and administrative departments to gain experience in the work environment of the Ministry of Finance and improve their skills. During this program, various training such as financial, accounting, and administrative training as well as to develop the working abilities of the trainers are provided with the necessary advice. Also, they are provided with practical job opportunities in various parts of the ministry.

Deities and responsibility  

  • Familiarity with the laws, policies, and procedures of the Ministry of Finance; And observing the regulation on the conduct of civil servants in performing their duties; Assist in organizing and implementing the work plan activities of the relevant department based on the supervision of the supervisor/trainer;
  • Participate in training programs and counseling related to the internship of the Ministry;
  • Participate in the meetings of the relevant departments and arrange the meetings
  • Researching the assigned departments and submitting the final report to the relevant department and the human resources department
  • Cooperation in advancing daily affairs in the assigned departments;
  • Cooperation in arranging and arranging files in the relevant departments;
  • Arranging and submitting a final report of monthly work for the Department of Human Resources.
  • Perform other tasks as needed by the relevant director.

Document’s requirement

Applicants must be graduated in the following fields (public administration, accounting, economics, law and political science, public policy, management, ACCA, and information technology).

Students who are last semester from Kabul university in the fields of ((public administration, accounting, economics, law and political science, public policy, management, ACCA, and information technology) also can participate in this internship.

Applicants must have in bachelor’s degree or last semester 85% scores.

No need for work experience

Applicants must be professional in the national language (Dari and Pashto).

Applicants must be able to work with the computer.
