About Technical and Vocational Education and Training
Technical and vocational education and training as an independent governmental educational institution was separated from the body of the Ministry of Education in date 1/2/1397. This office works in order to train more skilled manpower, technical and professional workforce, technical and professional for afghan students.
The development of technical and vocational education is one of the key priorities of current educational policy in Afghanistan, focusing not only on primary schools but also on other types of schools and educational facilities. The degrees encompass practical activities, technical/vocational skills, workshop skills, technical materials, electrical equipment, construction skills, home maintenance, laboratory equipment, and careers counseling. Our graduates also have a wide range of other career options in trade, industry, and the public sector.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and arranging monthly, quarterly and annual work plans according to the general plan of the relevant directorate;
2. Design and prepare a regular curriculum to provide better teaching
3. Preparing, arranging and presenting the students exam’s evaluation results to the head of the relevant department;
4. Controlling student attendance and recording it in journals;
5. Comprehensive cooperation with the administration in the implementation of curriculum and syllabus during official days and winter holidays
6. Proactively participate in educational committee to provide information to the relevant department.
7. Presenting practical and theoretical lecture according curriculum and use all available educational materials professionally during teaching
8. Proper use of available goods and properties of educational institution
9. Controlling and reviewing students independent activities and launching course competitions in practical sections
10. Improve students mentally and cultural and encouraging them to cooperate in the discipline of the educational institution;
11. Provide useful advice and solution to solve management problems
12. Submitting monthly, quarterly, annual and, if necessary, work reports to the competent authorities
13. Perform other duties assigned by the competent authorities in accordance with the laws, regulations and objectives of the department
Eligible applicant
- Applicants must have at least bachelorly degree for the higher degree will be prepared.
- Have work experience of at least one years
- Be fluent in one of the official languages in our country and also speak and write in the English language.
- Having an average grade of score at least 75% for bachelorly studies and 70% for males and 68% for females.
- Applicant must have knowledge of computer.
