Job summary

  • Arrange a small and large meeting at each district and sub-district (Guzar) to increase people’s information about property rights, land Occupancy Certificate (OC) and its processes, and OC fee payment.
  • Encourage people to attend land registration.
  • Educate the residents about the OC program so they can cooperate closely with related district officers, tariff distribution officers, Occupancy Certificates (OC), and Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) team.
  • Distribute the development items and materials in the specified location and participate in the society OC implementation.
  • Provide district and sub-district accomplishment plan, and weekly and monthly basis action plan.
  • Organize meeting with the subs-district level to increase people’s awareness and attend the district coordination meeting and send the meeting result to the team.
  • Help the team in the distribution of Occupancy Certificate (OC) at the Guar level.
  • cooperation with the GRM team and respond to people’s questions and complaints.
  • Support his/her supervisor in providing a report on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Pursue and send debate complaints forms, registration forms, and public review approval forms to relevant department
  • support in the process, distribution collection of tariffs, and property documents.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certificate
  • 5 years experience in reporting, development program implementation, and social communication.
  • Fluency Dari, Pashto, and English both oral and written.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in social communication, outreach program implementation, and reporting;
  • Fluency in Pashto, Dari, and English both oral and written, is required; 
  • Team worker and problem-solving skills.
  • An applicant with community mobilization, advocacy, and property right is highly preferred.
  • Able to finish the work and on time within the given deadline.
