Main responsibility:

1- To raise educational and training qualifications:

  • Examine all MoE papers, guidelines, procedures, Action plans, national strategies, methods, and teaching plans to have a better understanding of the Ministry of Education’s educational scope and responsibility.
  • Research into education legislation, private school rules, and development plans and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development, review, and editing of the MoE education document to have a better understanding of the document.
  • Build her capability by delving into program papers and collaborating with other departments.

2- To enhance leadership skills:

  • Produce a monthly work plan to organize and study technical tasks given by related areas of responsibility;
  • Collaborate in the preparation of plans and proposals; start Learning the technicalities of establishing plans, implementing plans, and evaluating implementation progress.
  • prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual plans for relevant departments in collaboration with relevant directorates and supervisors; track and report progress on plan execution with associated directorates.

3- To develop abilities in monitoring and reporting:

  • Producing and delivering a report on the activities completed in line with the suggested plan and the relevant department’s requirements.
  • system Enhancements, collect, and integrate reports from other related directorates on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly basis, and deliver them to the appropriate department.

4- To enhance office management skills:

  • Ability to type papers, presentations, letters, and other correspondences in Dari and Pashto, as well as English.
  • Arrange for and give to the chief executive a summary of work outcomes (plan, report).
  • Collaborate with government parties to transmit and receive incoming and outgoing official letters and Maktoobs.
  • Work with the departments in file administration.
  • Under the direction of the relevant department and supervisor, participate in training and capacity-building activities.

Job document requirements:

  • Applicants must have graduated from the university in 2019, 2020, 2021.
  • No need for work experience.
  • The applicants should be graduates in the following fields (Public policy, Business Administration, Education, Finance, Computer Science, and Social Sciences).
  • Analytical skills abilities
  • Ability to write and coordinate reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Computer Proficiency MS Office knowledge, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Pashto, Dari, and English are all native languages.
  • The capacity to connect to the internet.
  • Willingness and commitment to learn and work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Capable of handling a heavy workload.
  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  •  mention their graduation date of the university in the CV (experience is not required)
