- • The Ministry of Higher Education must certify the education certification.
- • Private educational institute education certificates must be certified by the minister of higher education or accompanied by a letter from the directorate of the private educational institute.
- An assessment letter must be attached to a study abroad certification that has been approved by the relevant Afghanistan embassy, foreign ministry, and ministry of higher education.
- The applicants should have at least one year of work experience in fourth ranks and have two years’ work experience for third ranks.
