The scholarship provides opportunity for women from Afghanistan to obtain higher and technical vocational education at Central Asia’s universities. Only girls and women holding afghan citizenship my apply for the scholarship. In Central Asian colleges. Only Afghan women and girls are eligible to apply for the scholarship. Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan are now accepting applications for study.

Text: Because women’s education is critical for a peaceful and successful society, the European Union and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) have announced the beginning of a new round of education scholarships for Afghan women to study at leading institutions in Central Asia.

For master degree.

  • Marketing

Uzbekistan

  • TVET in agriculture / Agrobusiness.

Kirghizstan

  • Bachelor degree in computer science.

Scholarship benefits:

  • The cost of tuition fee.
  • A place of living or accommodation.
  • Aire Ticket (one round per years)
  • Stipends paid on a monthly basis (for the scholarship recipient only).
  • Medical insurance.
  • The scholarship does not cover the remainder of the costs connected with prospective dependents, such as children.

Documents requirement:

  • Passport or identity card.
  • Application form.
  • Having high school certificate. Required for bachelor degree.
  • Having diploma and transcript. Required for master degree.
  • Parent agreement letter.
  • Brief motivation letter (no more than 300 words).

Poorly scanned or incorrectly sent documents, or partially missing documents will not be accepted. Only applications submitted by the deadline will be considered.
