Job requirement:
- A bachelor’s degree with at least seven years of related experience is necessary, or a master’s degree with five years of relevant experience.
- The NTA gave you a C since you have 5 years of similar experience and a bachelor’s degree.
- The NTA gave you a D since you have 4 years of similar experience and a bachelor’s degree.
- Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience, or a total of five years in a related field, according to the NTA.
- On the NTA scale, G equals:
- Although a bachelor’s degree is desirable, it is not needed.
- High school diploma plus three years of relevant work experience in a related field.
- On the NTA scale, H stands for:
- Although a bachelor’s degree is preferred, a high school diploma and three years of comparable experience is recommended.
- Both vocally and in writing, you should be able to communicate effectively.
- Interpersonal, computer, and organizational skills are all excellent.
- It’s a bonus if you’ve worked on a USAID-funded project or with an international organization.
- Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto.
