Summary of the Job:
The candidates will be in charge of the management, quality control, and delivery of feasibility study, detailed design, and construction monitoring projects as a Project Manager. His/her managerial responsibility is to monitor progress, provide guidance and help to ensure that deliverables are completed with quality and on schedule. He or she must be skilled in problem identification, analysis, and resolution, as well as good project planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling, and monitoring.
Job responsibility:
- From start to finish, supervise the construction project.
- Play an important part in project planning, budgeting, and resource identification.
- Form teams, define their objectives/goals, and allocate individual duties.
- Project accounting functions include budget management, tracking team spending, and limiting project exposure and risk.
- Ascertain that building activities are carried out in accordance with a predetermined timeline.
- Create project work plans and make any adjustments as needed.
- Communicate clearly with the contractor in charge of finishing the project’s various phases.
- Organize the efforts of all project stakeholders, including architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Regularly monitor the progress of construction activities and hold meetings with all of the sub-teams.
- Ensure a tight commitment to the financial, quality, and safety guidelines.
- Construction sites are inspected on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all project documentation are in order.
- Determine which aspects of the project’s design and construction are most likely to cause disagreements and claims.
- Assist clients and review deliverables prepared by the team before sending them on to the client.
