The OSCE Academy in Bishkek is a public foundation that established a scholarship for the central Asia government. This is a highly competitive basis enroll of up to 60 students each year. That is a fully-funded scholarship. It is supported by US and European countries.

Eligibility
Applicant must have the following criteria
- Successful completion of an academic degree of higher education (BA, MA, Specialist Diploma) in a related academic field
- Advanced of English language
- Citizenship of Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. A limited number of students from other OSCE participating States can be accepted to the programs
