Job summary:

To provide standard logistics business processes for the Supply Chain CBT function in order to allow effective Supply Chain CBT service delivery.

Job responsibility:

  • Identify and contract wholesalers/retailers by organizing and conducting food retail supply chain and market analyses.
  • Manage wholesaler/retailer contracts (keep a contract monitoring database) and monitor/track retailer performance in collaboration with partners, using well-defined key performance indicators.
  • Work with the IT SCOPE team to perform and coordinate food quality control tasks, as well as handle mobile point of sale (mPOS) equipment.
  • Conduct wholesaler/retailer transaction data reconciliations, check and execute retailer invoices, and handle payment requests.
  • Collect information with specific instructions to aid in the creation of documents and the preparation of reports by other members of the team;
  • Respond to client inquiries and escalate as needed in order to deliver a quick and accurate service;
  • Assist in the processing and management of normal supply chain – CBT administrative and financial duties in order to contribute to resource management that is effective and timely.
  • Provide standard document review and proofreading services to aid in the construction of reliable documentation;
  • Be responsible for the upkeep of established standard systems and files in order to guarantee that information is accurate and easily available for the function;
  • Identify and report small inconsistencies in statistics and data, such as missing information, to senior employees in order to assist customers in completing their job;
  • Take responsibility for data integrity to ensure accurate information is available in corporate systems;
  • Provide junior colleagues with assistance on routine business support procedures and practices to ensure that services are consistently supplied and to the needed standards;
  • Collaborate with a wide range of people, soliciting feedback as needed to aid in the supply of business assistance to employees.

Job requirement:

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, supply chain management, logistics, finance, or a related field is preferred. Completion of secondary school education and appropriate experience are the minimum requirements.

Experience:

  • Three or more years of increasingly responsible job experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, as well as administrative experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient with office equipment and computer software packages such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Language:

  • Proficiency in both oral and written English communication. Fluency in the native languages, both oral and written, is desirable.

Work routines and methodologies must be understood in order to perform processes with minimal supervision.

To provide and receive information to a diverse group of people, he uses subtlety and courtesy.
