About Romanian Government Scholarship:
In Romania, applications are being accepted for the Romanian Government Scholarship 2022. This award is being offered to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This scholarship is open to international students from countries that are not members of the European Union. This award is for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees. For the academic year 2022-23, students from all over the globe can study for free in Romania thanks to a Fully Funded Scholarship.

Scholarship benefits:
The scholarship provides all costs, including:
- Exemption from tuition and registration fees.
- There is no charge for lodging.
- Undergraduate students get a monthly allowance of 65 euros, master’s students receive 75 euros, and doctoral students receive 85 euros.
- In the event of a medical emergency, assistance will be provided.
Note 1: Students are responsible for their own meals and overseas travel costs.
Note 2: If a student repeats a year of study owing to low grades, the scholarship will be revoked.

Scholarship qualification:
- Romanian citizenship is not held.
- Applicants must not be members of the diplomatic corps in Romania, or family members of the corps; or family members of the diplomatic corps’ administrative and technical employees.
- Not have previously received a Romanian scholarship.
- Members of international organizations, as well as family members of international organization employees in the host country, are ineligible.
- Meet all eligibility requirements, file submission procedures, and enrollment deadlines.
- They will get a letter of admission from their preferred university.
- Have a high GPA and strong past grades, as well as study records from their educational institutions.
- Have a bachelor’s degree and have finished high school or pre-university.
- Should have earned a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent at the master’s level, as well as a master’s degree or its equivalent at the doctorate level.
Scholarship criteria and documents requirement:

- If needed, legalized copies of achieved study diplomas (baccalaureate diploma or equivalent + bachelor’s, master’s, and doctor’s degrees, if any) and their legalized translation into one of the following languages: English, French, or Romanian.
- If appropriate, legalized copies of matriculation sheets / diploma supplements relating to graduate education, as well as their legalized translation.
- Certified translation of the birth certificate in one of the following languages: English, French, or Romanian.
- a copy of the passport’s first three pages.
- The medical certificate attesting that the person enrolling in the research does not have any communicable illnesses or other disorders that would make the studies impossible to complete.
- The applicant’s curriculum vitae.

The following documents will be included in the application file (only for candidates who fit into the categories listed for each document):
- Copy and legalised translation of proof of name change (where applicable).
- Copy and certified translation of the certificate attesting the passing of the baccalaureate, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral exam, as applicable, for current year’s graduates.
- If appropriate, a certificate of completion of the Romanian preparatory year or a certificate of language proficiency.
- In the case of juvenile candidates, a declaration of parental consent is required (in one of the following languages: English, French or Romanian).
