About DHSA Company:

DHSA is an Afghan non-governmental organization that was founded in 1992.

DHSA’s objective is to combine local know-how with innovation in order to develop a vibrant and competent civil society in Afghanistan. Independent media and public communication, education, and cultural heritage celebration are three of DHSA’s main areas of concentration.

TKG was founded by DHSA in 2002 as a public media program aimed at improving public access to independent information in order to better people’s lives, promote pluralism, and provide voices of reason and freedom more opportunities to be heard in Afghanistan. TKG owns and runs 10 local radio stations (Radio Killid Network), as well as publishing and distributing three of Afghanistan’s most popular magazines (Mujal-i-Killid, a general interest and news magazine, Mursal, a women’s magazine, and Sapida, a quarterly magazine).

Summary of the Duties and responsibility:

The newly hired staff will be assigned to work in Kandahar province and will report regularly to the relevant agency, which then acts as an intern. The relevant person will be placed in the internship program, to develop new skills and strengthen existing skills so that they can use the acquired knowledge and easily get jobs in the future. On the other hand, his participation in the internship program will give him a chance to be placed in the companies from which he is applying for the job. He will be required to report to DHSA on a regular basis and provide a schedule for working days.

  • Maintain constant contact with the supervisor and team leader to resolve issues immediately.
  • Follow all safety regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Understand the skills of heating, baking, cooling, pasteurizing, carbonating, sulfurizing, and de-sulfurizing.
  •  Monitor product quality prior to packaging by inspecting, sampling, and regulating treatment conditions as needed.
  • Control the machines that do the posting, spinning, parting, and so on.
  •  Equip equipment, pumps, hoses, storage tanks, vessels and floors, and handle infection control programs.
  •  Moving products from the production site to the storage and shipping areas.
  • Working up to 8 hours a day.
