Summary of the jobs:
The field monitor is responsible for the company’s fieldwork for implementing site-level oversight projects. The field monitor should be able to travel to all parts of the selected provinces and have review or monitoring experience.
Job responsibility:
- Participate in training programs and capacity building of the company to implement supervisory projects at the local level;
- Perform field work in accordance with the weekly or monthly work plan provided by the company;
- Conducting surveys, interviews and monitoring projects at the local level;
- Establish work coordination between the company and relevant institutions in the field;
- Performing quality, complementary and timely work in the field;
- Field work reporting to report field problems on a daily and weekly basis to the headquarters;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of office information and not abusing the office name;
- Ability to travel to all districts and villages of the province if necessary;
- Working hours: 6 days a week between 8 am and 4:30 pm;
- Perform other relevant activities if necessary or requested by the head office.
Job requirement and qualifications:
- At least a 12th grade graduate;
- Age over 18 years;
- Ability to solve problems in the area and observe health and safety points;
- Skills in interviewing people;
- Ability to use mobile applications;
- Ability to analyze and analyze information;
- Sufficient knowledge about the research and implementation of the survey;
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the relevant department;
- Correct understanding of local conditions and factors of dynamism and mobility of society;
- Ability to communicate with different classes and sections of society;
- Travel to other provinces and districts of Afghanistan, if required (travel to districts of the province if necessary);
- Adequate skills in linguistic and respectful communication with survey participants and other members of the community;
- Excellent command of writing and conversation in Dari and Pashto languages; Familiarity with English is considered a privilege.
