Job description:
- Experience working in humanitarian projects and planning/conducting community engagement intervention on specific programs related to children’s health, nutrition, WASH, protection, and education.
- Skills in documenting activities (writing short articles, activity reports, taking pictures…).
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a result-oriented manner under demanding working conditions, often with short deadlines.
- Should belong to the community where he/she resides and be trusted and respected within the community.
- Must be female (where possible).
- Ability to read, write and speak the local language/s and English.
- Willing to move from house to house in the specified area.
- Strong demonstrable interpersonal communication skills.
Job requirements and qualifications:
- The applicants must be Afghan.
- One of the following fields requires a bachelor’s degree: Public health, sociology, anthropology, psychology, education, communication, public relations, or any technical subject with a significant application in social and behavioral science two years of expertise.
- a minimum of three years’ worth of expertise in managing groups, delivering adult training sessions, and putting social mobilization, community outreach, interpersonal communication, and social networking strategies into action.
