About the Jean-Claude Juncker Scholarship 2024:
Applications from students all across the world are being accepted for the Jean-Claude Juncker Scholarship 2024. This scholarship provides funding for students to pursue master’s or executive master’s degrees in Europe, thanks to the generosity of His Excellency Jean-Claude Juncker, the 12th President of the European Commission. Management Center Innsbruck (MCI) is accepting applications from students who are enthusiastic about studying the history, philosophy, values, and future of the European Union and the economic, technical, and social progress of the continent.
The award covers tuition for the first year of both the bachelor’s and master’s degree programs. The scholarship might be extended to the second year of the Master’s degree program upon successful completion of the first year and a good assessment.

Benefits of the Scholarship:
- The award of a sum of €11,000 is intended only to cover the cost of tuition for students.
- All nationalities are welcome to apply for the Executive Master’s program, and this amount is specifically designated for applications from non-European citizens applying to bachelor’s and master’s degree programs.
- Please be advised that applicants are responsible for covering any additional costs, such as transportation, lodging, etc.

- The candidate’s involvement in matters and pursuits about Europe.
- Describe what they want to accomplish in the future and how they believe their time at the MCI will prepare them to do so.
- The personal statement explains why the scholarship is important and how the recipient will benefit from it.
- Curriculum Vitae.
- A duplicate of the degree certificate or certificates.
- Copy of passport.
- Fluency in more than one language.
Scholarship selection criteria:
When making their final decisions, the selection panel will take the following factors into account:
- A dedication to European ideals and concerns, either now or in the past.
- How much and what kind of involvement were required?
- Results obtained; Proof offered.
- Ongoing dedication to European concepts and challenges.
- The degree to which the objectives are feasible.
- The applicant’s selected degree from MCI is comparable to their concentration on Europe.
- The possible effects of the objectives of the candidates.
