- The diplomatic mission of Romania in the country of origin or residency, or the diplomatic mission of the nation of origin accredited to Bucharest, may issue an official letter.
- The properly completed MFA scholarship application form (APPENDIX 1) for Romania.
- The MER application form (APPENDIX 2) must be filled out to get the acceptance letter to study in Romania.
- Certified copies of all earned degrees (including baccalaureate, master’s, and doctoral degrees) and any translations into English, French, or Romanian (if necessary) from the original documents.
- Certified copies of any necessary documents, including transcripts, diploma supplements, and, if required, a translated version of these documents, on graduate school.
- The original birth certificate together with a certified translation into English, French, Romanian, or another official language.
- The passport’s first three pages are in duplicate.
- The participant’s health certificate confirms that they are free of infectious illnesses and any other problems that might compromise their ability to participate in the research.
- Resume of the candidate.
- Two recent passport-sized photos.
