Student Training in Engineering Program Internship for 2020

Google is offering an internship opportunity for undergraduate students majoring, or intending to major in, Computer Science or a related subject. The internship will be in the summer of 2020 in Beijing, China. Duration: 

•  12 weeks. 
• This internship will run from between July 2020 to October 2020

This internship program includes: 

• Software Project: A three-month development project that you will work on with a team of Googlers and other Engineering Practicum interns.
• Skills-Based Training: Enhance your coding skills, and gain exposure to new tools and programming languages.
• Professional Development: Attend ongoing technical talks by Googlers. Additionally, learn how to enhance your resume, address technical interviews, and improve your presentation skills.
• Mentorship: Be matched with a Google engineer, who will guide you through your summer experience.
• Fun: Participate in social activities, community building, and networking. Build relationships with your peers.
• Exposure: Gain a unique glimpse into applying your computer science studies in a professional environment.

Minimum qualifications:

Currently in the second year of a Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred qualifications: 

Major in Computer Science or related technical field. Programming experience in either Java, Python, C, or C++.
