About Afghan Youth Scholarship:
A scholarship program has been established by Mr. Ibrahim Hasan Murad, President of UMT and ILM Trust, for deserving Afghan students who want to continue higher education but lack the financial means to do so. Students from Afghanistan who satisfy the eligibility requirements and are admitted will be given scholarships under the program.

Scholarship eligibility:
The following criteria must be met by candidates:
- Have a valid passport.
- Applicants must be a student, male or female.
- Both graduate-level and bachelor programs are eligible for the award.
- in the aforementioned disciplines (MPhil/MS).
- The applicant must satisfy UMT/entrance HEC’s requirements.
- The applicants must succeed in the admission exam and interview (where applicable).
- Candidates who have received their final grades, transcripts, or degrees are eligible to apply.
- Candidates for this scholarship must already have their results.
- Applicants who currently receive HEC or government scholarships are NOT eligible to submit an application.
- To keep their scholarship, students must maintain the required minimum GPA per UMT regulation.
- The scholarship declaration of acceptance must be signed by the recipient.
Scholarship documents requirement:
- Certificates or official transcripts from a high school, college, university, technical or vocational school, or professional institution
- • A passport photocopy.
- • Letter of English proficiency (Medium of Instruction is English for all programs).
- ILETS or TOFEL scores are optional.
- SAT/ACT/GMAT/GRE scores are optional.
