The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Afghanistan has announced the awarding of 30 scholarships to Al-Bukhari University in Malaysia for bachelor students.
This scholarship has been awarded by the Ministry of Higher Education to eligible applicants in free competition.

- School certificate, which has been approved by the Ministry of Higher Education (the original certificate is required during registration)

- Citizenship ID (Tazkira)
- Scholarship criteria:
- The percentage of scores should be higher than 70% for the bachelor’s period.
- The monthly revenue (income) of the candidates’ families should be less than three hundred US dollars.
- Applicant’s age must be 18 to 22 years old.
- Applicants must be single not married.
