Duties and job responsibilities:

  • Recognize the project’s inputs, outputs, results, and indicators.
  • Establish a thorough MIS system for the project utilizing the most recent data management software and technologies.
  • To guarantee that the MIS system is regularly updated and offers reliable data and reports.
  • Prepare a data gathering plan, tools, and a system for data analysis.
  • Make sure the project collects data on a regular basis and that the data is accurate by randomly validating, cross-checking, and verifying the data.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the field employees and data collectors under your supervision.
  • Give the MIS Coordinators and project employees technical help and recommendations that are supported by evidence.
  • Ensure that the MIS database is consistently updated with accurate, consistent data and that monthly, quarterly, and need-based reports are produced.

Job requirement:

  • Min of 4-6 years of relevant experience in the creation and upkeep of information management systems (MIS), reports, and community mobilisation and development programs with an emphasis on data authenticity, integrity, and cooperation.
  • Expertise in community-driven growth, livelihood enhancement, women’s economic empowerment, and company growth is preferred.
  • knowledge of NFIs or financial institutions.
  • shown expertise in determining prompt remedial steps by evaluating the sustainability and progress of programs and initiatives.
  • Ability and expertise in developing databases, online applications, and complex data management software (e.g., KOBO Toolbox, ODK, Google Forms/Sheets, MS Access, SQL, Excel database).
  • control and upkeep of MIS and databases.
  • using SPSS, STATA, Excel, etc., to analyze data.
  • good interpersonal, organizational, communicative, and teamwork abilities.
  • great time management and communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
  • English, Pashto, and Dari are all spoken and written with ease.
