about Chevening Scholarship:

British Chevening Scholarships in the UK for 2024 are now accepting applications from candidates of any nationality. The British government sponsors Chevening Scholarships. This scholarship is provided by the UK government and is available in the fully funded master’s degree program. It’s enormous, coming in at around 1500. Any course at any university in the United Kingdom is eligible for the award. At UK universities, there are NO restrictions on the programs.

You will be given the following: tuition fees, housing, a monthly stipend, a free round-trip flight, and many more health benefits. Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials and job experience; this experience might be volunteer work or anything else. Only the Chevening Online system can be used to submit Chevening Award applications. Over 12,000 master’s courses are available at more than 150 different higher education institutions for you to choose from.

Important Note for Afghan candidates:

The FCDO completed a thorough feasibility study on giving Afghans who meet the requirements the chance to apply for a Chevening Scholarship in 2024/25. We have come to the conclusion that candidates already living in Afghanistan face substantial security dangers, as well as financial and logistical ramifications, over which the UK Government has no influence.
Therefore, we are pleased to announce that non-Afghan citizens living abroad may now apply for a Chevening Scholarship or Fellowship to pursue further education in the United Kingdom.

Eligibility requirements

• You are registered with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at Leiden University

• Have at least two years of work
• Comply with the requirements of the Chevening English language before July 15, 2024.
