Employee Responsibilities
Individuals that succeeded in gaining this employment have to perform the following set of obligations:
- Employee is responsible for ensuring accordance to the IRW regulations, equipment, manuals, and procedures.
- Employee is responsible for carrying out the data collecting process in accordance with the questionnaires provided, as well as conducting pilot gathering activities to test the data collection methods.
- Employee assistance is required for uploading quizzes and other methods for gathering quantified information onto Kobo.
- Employees have an obligation to make sure that documents are properly filed, both in soft and hard copy, and submitted to IRW MEAL staff.
- Any additional job that the organization assigns the employee is their responsibility.
