Summary of the Internship duties:
- Ensuring that NRC rules, tools, manuals, and recommendations are followed
- Execute the assigned work in accordance with the strategy.
- Create and prepare status reports as necessary for management.
- Ensure that paperwork is filed properly.
- Encourage and exchange suggestions for the filling system’s development.

Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Make that all HR paperwork related to hiring and personnel files are completed, scanned, and filed correctly.
- Make sure all personal files are secure and update them often.
- Make careful to scan and upload each file to the falling tree.
- preserving the privacy of all personnel records at all times.
- Be careful to record the monthly employee attendance sheets in files.
- Be careful to properly document any leave requests in the files. help the HR officer or coordinator update the database for the leave tracker.
- Assist the HR Coordinator for Recruitment in scheduling meetings, written exams, and interviews.
- Prepare a report on the scanned files every week or month and share it with the HR Coordinator.
- Help the HR officer distribute and collect timesheets.
- carries out additional tasks as directed by the line manager and as needed.
