India ICCR Scholarships offers Afghan students a unique chance to further their studies and receive free education. Afghan students can pursue professional academic careers or continue their education under the Indian Government ICCR Scholarship Program. Through the e-VB project, the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) provide 1000 scholarships to Afghan students so they can enroll in a variety of distance learning undergraduate as well as graduate courses at cooperating Indian universities that have been granted permission by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
