About Ireland Scholarship:
The Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships Program’s 2023 Call has been released with pleasure by the Higher Education Authority (HEA). The project will provide 60 scholarships to successful applicants who have been offered a spot at an authorized Irish higher education institution for a year of study at the Master’s or Ph.D. level.
Students from non-EU/EEA nations are eligible for the offer, which is relevant to all academic subjects.
Scholarship details:

Scholarship eligibility:
- Any citizen who has lived outside of the EU, EEU, Switzerland, or the UK for 3 consecutive years may apply.
- The applicant pool for the undergraduate program’s final year is students.
- Any master’s program candidate who has finished one year may apply.
- Candidates who have completed the first year of a two-year master’s program in research are eligible to apply.
- Those who have completed the first year of a three- or four-year Ph.D. program may apply.
- Applicants who have received an offer letter from an Irish higher education institution are eligible to apply.
- Individuals who have excelled academically, personally, professionally, and innovatively are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
- Individuals that are passionate about participating in extracurricular activities are eligible to apply.
- Participants who have a compelling reason to continue their education in Ireland are eligible to apply.
Candidates Profile:
- Applicants must provide proof.
- a history of exceptional academic performance.
- outstanding communication abilities.
- involvement in extracurricular activities. For instance, consider sports, the arts, and local, national, or worldwide politics.
- a compelling argument for why they should continue their education in Ireland and how a GOI-IES would help them achieve their long-term objectives.

The Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship Program is extremely competitive, and successful applicants are chosen through an objective selection process that includes international, independent expert peer review.
