Jobs Responsibility
- Answering the customer’s calls and resolve the problems
- Resolve and identify customer complaints using existing programs.
- Resolving and checking customer compliance about products, service, and company.
- Attention and checking the customer’s problem very courtly and professional.
- Track customers call in if necessary
- Provide information about the company, service with customers
- Identify problems and refer to the related section
- Submit a report for each call in the related section
- Manage and announcing important and new complaints about changing of team’s leader.
- The call center agents must flexible to work on a call basis in each shift.
- Be Honest and responsible in your duty.
- Provide the highest quality service for the customers.
Jobs requirements
Must have one year work experience in call center.
Have a basic IT knowledge
Have excellent skills in speaking, reading, and writing in Dari, Pashto, and English.
Knowing with mobile
Be acquaintance with mobile functions.
Have excellent skills in typing and entering data.
Be patient, courtly and professional in your duty.

Applicants must have at least a high school certificate for a bachelor’s degree will be prepared.
