Position Title: Monitoring and controlling Engineer

Gender: Any

Duration: 1 year with extended.

Duties and responsibility:

  • Monitor the performance of all scales in the center and provinces and report to the Balance Office.
  • Obtain a plan for mobile control of central and provincial scales from the Bureau of Scales Affairs.
  • control and monitoring for all central and provincial scales to prevent road damage.
  • Monitoring and control of high trucks machine on highways and roads in the center and provinces of the unexpected situation.
  • Make coordination with all control teams at the central and provincial levels and provide reports from each control stage for the Department of Control and Supervision.
  • To prevent road damage, set up control and monitoring teams for all central and provincial scales.
  • Control the systems and devices of weighing stages in the central and provincial scales.
  • Control and monitoring of those overweight truck machines that have violated the regulations and introduce them to the Ministry of Transport.
  • Regular changes in the control and monitoring teams from central and provincial.
  • Investigation and control of technical complications of computer and digital scales, in the central and provinces.

 requirements:

  • The applicants should be graduated in the following fields (civil engineering, road construction, transport, and traffic.)
  • The applicants must be at least a bachelor’s degree for the higher degree will be the priority.
  • Applicants for a bachelor’s degree require at least 2 years of work experience.
  • Fluency in both national languages ​​(Dari and Pashto) and familiarity (writing and speaking) with English and also need computer skills in task-related programs.
