Main Responsibilities

• Ask the question correctly with a good manner, all the question must be as worded
• All the data be enter into device/computer
• Make sure the answers are accurately recorded
• Give daily report to the supervisor
• Research to clarify vague answers
• If your comment was rejected by the QA team, please visit the site again and repeat the interview / comments.
• To correct mistakes, review and revise at the end of the survey.
• Coordinate with the supervisor and report on daily work and problems or challenges encountered during fieldwork
• Digital questionnaire recording (SurveyCTO)

Job Requirement

• Have at least high school diploma
• Have excellent skills of conducing/ researching
• Must have one or two years’ work  experience
• Have the knowledge of understanding the situation of society and communities
• If required, must travel into other provinces of Afghanistan
• Be fluent in Dari, Pashto/English
• Be polite
• Must have known the computer skills
