About DAAD Scholarship:
For candidates interested in pursuing their postgraduate studies in Germany in the academic year 2023-2024, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) provides scholarship possibilities in all academic subjects. Who is eligible to apply for this Scholarship?
- Candidates must hold a diploma, bachelor’s degree, or other relevant academic degree.
- The DAAD offers subject-specific scholarships to individuals who have studied architecture and other artistic areas.
Scholarship requirements:
- Candidates’ graduation must be older than six years.
- The applicant’s length of residence in Germany cannot exceed 15 months.
- Before the study financed by the scholarship may commence, all applicants must present the admission letter from the host university.
- The scholarship will only be offered if the degree program includes a study or work placement component that lasts for several months under the following circumstances.
- The research needs to support the goal of the scholarship. The candidate’s country of residence cannot be the starting point for the study program.
- Language skill: Candidates must produce a language certification (for example, an English certificate and a DSH or TestDaf for German studies).
- Certificates needed for English: TOEFL IBT 79, IELTS 6.5Candidates without a language certificate may take a language exam with DAAD professors.
