- All students enrolled at universities outside Slovakia are qualified for NSP funding.
- Candidates have to be a master’s students or students who have passed at least 2.5 years of university studies in the similar study area.
- Candidates must be accepted by a Slovakian public, private, or government college or university to gain educational ability.
- PhD candidates that are granted admission by a public, private or governmental higher education institution or a research institute in Slovakia are eligible for this award.
