Each year, the Ministry of Education, Science, Research, and Sport of the Slovak Republic Government awards 48 scholarships to students from ODA countries who wish to pursue a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Slovakia.

Selection procedure
Scholarships and/or travel allowances (travel grant) are not legally enforceable; to be or not to be granted financial support from the NSP sources is influenced by meeting all the formal requirements of the program according to the respective call for applications, applicant’s quality, the content of applicant’s proposed stay and its necessity, and budget possibilities of the NSP according to the respective call for applications.
