Sanayee Development Organization (SDO) is an Afghan humanitarian NGO based in Peshawar, Pakistan, founded in 1990 to assist Afghan refugees. SDO expanded its services and moved to Kabul, Afghanistan, in 1992, with the mission of contributing to the emergence of a peaceful, developed, and self-sustaining Afghan society by providing services to vulnerable and disadvantaged people in Afghanistan’s remote and underserved rural areas in the areas of peacebuilding, community development, education, and youth empowerment.

Summary of the Job.
The Social Organizer will provide help to chosen areas as part of SDO’s Zabul ENETAWF program team. The Social Organizers are in charge of providing community training. In close cooperation with the Mobilization & Training Officer and the Package /Provincial Manager, the social organizer will contact CDCs and Ad-Hoc CDCs on the ground for project execution. The job is located in the Zabul province districts of Shahjoy, Arghandab, Nawbahar, Dai Chopan, Kakar, Shinkai, Shamulzai, Atghar, and Mizan, with frequent travel to all targeted villages.
- Create and organize daily and weekly work plans with the Mobilization and Training Officer, as well as the Package and Provincial Managers.
- In the targeted neighborhoods, put the agreed plans into action.
- To promote community knowledge of the ENETAWF program (CDCs and Ad-Hoc CDCs).
- According to program guidelines, facilitate and support the reactivation of CDCs and the development of Ad-Hoc CDCs.
- Support the reactivation and registration of CDCs and Ad-Hoc CDCs.
- Facilitate the establishment of bank accounts for CDCs and Ad-Hoc CDCs.
- Conduct needed training for members of the CDCs and Ad-Hoc CDCs.
- Organize a COVID 19 awareness workshop with the community and CDCs, and distribute fundamental health messages to prevent the spread of the Corona virus in accordance with MoPH standards.
- Based on each electoral unit, update the community profile with social workers.
- Aid CDCs and adolescents in compiling a baseline ENETAWF community center.
- Aid communities in determining which families on the community list will be prohibited from receiving an ENETAWF Relief Package.
- Assist the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other important players in the organization of distribution events.
- Assist the CPM committee in monitoring the process and resolving complaints.
- ENETAWF fundamental social procurement for in kind relief package will be taught to the CDCs.
- Assist CDCs in receiving ENETAWF assistance fund installments.
- Under ENETAWF packages, keep an eye on the distribution process.
- PMU should receive and review any original papers relevant to the ENETAWF program.
- Community mobilisation and education on ENETAWF’s goals and initiatives, as well as beneficiary selection criteria, the beneficiary profile process, and a baseline survey.
- Ascertain that the data entry officer has provided you with the necessary information and documentation.
Requirement and qualifications:
- The applicants should have at least high school certificate for higher degree will give priority.
