The Embassy of the Republic of India in Kabul, in an official memo dated June 29, 2021, announced the award of a bachelor’s degree scholarship to Stephens College, New Delhi University, India for 2021-2022.

Eligibility:

- In addition to registering and completing the documents at the Ministry of Higher Education, the applicant should also submit his / her documents and application to the Indian Embassy in Kabul.
- Payment of a sum of money by the applicant to the relevant university as mentioned on the website of New Delhi University College.
- Accommodation and food have separate costs based on the accepted application.
Scholarship requirement:
- Have a certificate that the percentage of three-year grades of the applicant school is not less than 70%.
- Having a citizenship card
- Having a passport
- Translate the applicant documents into English.
How to Apply
All interested students will be informed to visit room No. 21 of the General Admission Office of the Ministry of Higher Education to obtain the forms and before 01 July 2021.
Note: It is noteworthy that if the number of applicants is more than the mentioned number of seats, one of the eligible candidates will be selected considering the percentage of high scores of the three-year school period.
