About AUAF:
The American University of Afghanistan (AUAF) has announced the opening of the AUAF Tech & Design BootCamp for High School Female Graduates, an online Intensive Summer Bootcamp. This program is intended to assist recent high school graduates as they get ready to enroll in college. The STM BootCamp will enable young women to gain knowledge about the future of IT in the job market and empower and motivate them to pursue a minor or major in computer science and information technology. The boot camp teaches students how to use a variety of software packages, including Word, Excel, Math, Web design, Graphic design, and English.
Our curriculum is developed to give thorough instruction in a number of crucial abilities that are in great demand on the job market today. There will be eight sequences in the bootcamp program, each lasting three weeks. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, fundamental web design and visual design principles, and English language instruction will all be covered in the first series. The remaining sequence will also contain an introduction to advanced STEM disciplines and themes.
