The Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship in Japan is now accepting applications. The Awaji Youth Federation (AYF) Fellowship Program on Awaji Island is open to all international students. A multinational network of young innovators centered on Awaji Island, Japan, known as the Pasona Group, provides funding for the Awaji Youth Fellowship. All candidates are eligible for the fully funded AYF 2024 Fellowship. This is the ideal chance for hopefuls to go to Japan and live there.
For those with dreams of living in Japan, this is the golden chance.
Individuals who have earned a bachelor’s or master’s degree and are between the ages of 18 and 35 are the focus of the Awaji Youth Forum. All of the Program Participants’ costs will be covered by the fellowship. Lectures, challenges, and projects are the three interconnected parts of the AYF Fellowship.
The Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship seeks to unite adventurous young people from all across the globe. Cultural production, business, and island rehabilitation are key areas of emphasis.

Program eligibility:
- Participants that are 24 to 30 years old are sought after.
- Earned a degree at the bachelor’s or master’s level.
- Required level of English proficiency for non-native speakers: TOEIC 800 or its equivalent. (Excellent writer and speaker.)
- Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1-N3) is preferred
- Dedicated to making a positive impact on our initiatives and helping to resolve societal issues.
- Principles of self-discipline, community service, and labor.
- Resistant to setbacks, persistent, and adaptable.
- The capacity and motivation to turn concepts into tangible outcomes.
- Preference is given to those who have shown membership and engagement with the AYF Global Community.
